RESCUE IPA
India Pale Ale / 7%
A modern West Coast IPA with a softer edge. Rescue IPA pours bright and clear with the classic golden appearance of a West Coast IPA, but delivers the saturated hop flavor and juicy character that fans of hazy IPAs love. Instead of aggressive bitterness, this beer focuses on vibrant hop expression, creating a smooth, approachable IPA that remains crisp, refreshing, and highly drinkable. Built around a trio of Mosaic, Citra, and Nectaron hops, Rescue IPA bursts with aromas of ripe citrus, tropical fruit, passionfruit, pineapple, peach, and hints of berry. Mosaic contributes layers of tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle berry notes, while Citra brings bright grapefruit, orange, and tropical character. Nectaron rounds everything out with intense passionfruit, pineapple, stone fruit, and juicy citrus aromatics.

A single-hop showcase built entirely around Citra. Citracation IPA takes everything you love about modern hop-forward IPAs and puts one of the world’s most popular hop varieties center stage. JERRY’S IRISH RED
Irish Red Ale / 5.8%

Pastry Sour Ale / 8%
Think of this as a strawberry piña colada in a glass. This medium-bodied, kettle-soured ale is an absolute fruit-forward experience, trading traditional malt and hop notes to let the produce take center stage. We carefully kettle-sour our wort for a clean, refreshing tartness, then dose the beer with massive amounts of strawberry, pineapple, coconut, and vanilla post-fermentation.
